Chugach Government Solutions is seeking a GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The role focuses on managing the GFEBS-based scheduling and contract monitoring system for facility maintenance and related expenditures, reporting to the Project Manager.

The position requires a minimum of three years’ GFEBS experience with PPE, BI, and project work, plus training completion within 30 days. Standard hours are 0730–1630, Monday through Friday, on a U.S. military installation.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of GFEBS experience, specifically handling Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, and projects.
• Working knowledge of GFEBS with intent to complete Government-provided training within thirty (30) business days of employment.
• Must be available 0730–1630 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays or facility closures.
• Execute all changes required in GFEBS and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
• Prepare and submit a Plan for use of GFEBS to document work, manage DMOs, PMOs, PWOs, and OWOs, and capture labor and materials costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage production scheduling and contract monitoring in GFEBS to determine status of work, maintenance, and repairs.
• Serve as GFEBS Master Data Maintainer and PMO/PM/PO related roles within the GFEBS system.
• Document and track all work performed under the contract; obtain customer signatures and upload documentation to GFEBS.
