Job summary

Kikiktagruk Inupiat Corporation seeks a GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead to administer and coordinate maintenance and asset management activities within GFEBS for the DPW. You will serve as a subject matter expert and primary liaison between maintenance operations, Government stakeholders, and contract leadership.

Responsibilities include managing PMOs, DMOs, OWOs, PWOs, work orders, data entry, inventory records, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years experience utilizing GFEBS on a military installation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering Technology, Information Systems, Asset Management, or related discipline (preferred).
• Experience supporting DPW, Army Garrison, or Base Operations contracts.
• Experience with GFEBS PM Module administration and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Contractor's lead GFEBS administrator and SME for maintenance and asset management.
• Oversee GFEBS functions including PM planning, work order processing, and reporting.
• Coordinate and manage GFEBS data entry, validation, and reporting for contract operations.
• Support PMOs, DMOs, OWOs, and PWOs through effective GFEBS management.
• Ensure accurate recording of labor, equipment, and material costs in GFEBS.
• Generate business intelligence reports and performance metrics for management.
