PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced Adult Gerontology NP/ANP/GNP/FNP or Family NP or PA to join the Senior Health & Wellness Center (SHWC) at Barger Clinic in Eugene, Oregon, providing comprehensive geriatric care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The SHWC delivers primary and consultative care for adults 65+, with NPs functioning as primary care providers and consultants.

Qualifications

• NP Board Certification (AGNP/ANP/GNP/FNP) or PA Certification (NCCPA) is required.
• Oregon NP or PA license (or ability to obtain during credentialing) is required.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS or PALS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive geriatric primary and consultative care for adults 65+ as part of SHWC.
• Serve as primary care providers in a multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with geriatric specialists and support staff to improve quality of life for seniors.
