Job summary

PeaceHealth is seeking a full-time Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Senior Health & Wellness Center at Barger Clinic in Eugene, Oregon. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive care for older adults within a supportive, multidisciplinary team dedicated to enhancing quality of life for seniors.

As a member of the Senior Health & Wellness Center, you will engage in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and take the lead in managing complex patient needs, leveraging our vast resources to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications

• NP Board Certification (AGNP, ANP, GNP, or FNP) or PA Certification (NCCPA).
• Oregon NP or PA license (or ability to obtain during credentialing).
• Certification in BLS, ACLS or PALS required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for older adults.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Serve as primary care providers and consultants.
