Job summary

Mercy in Missouri seeks a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under Therapy Leadership.

The role includes direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, with general supervision of PT assistants in line with State Practice Acts. Mercy emphasizes its mission, values, and service standards in daily practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
BLS certification is required and must be current.
Current/Temporary Physical Therapy license in state of practice.
Six months to one year experience preferred for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist, with a focus on adult and geriatric care.

Responsibilities

Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
Direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
General supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
