Job summary

BUNNELL LAMMONS ENGINEERING is seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to lead geotechnical and civil projects. The role requires hands-on project engineering from conception to completion and supervision of project teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–12 years of geotechnical experience, strong technical skills in design and analysis, and a proven track record of delivering complex engineering solutions to municipal, industrial, and commercial clients. On-site work and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• 5–12 years in geotechnical engineering or materials testing.
• Knowledge of geotechnical design and construction requirements.
• Familiar with geosynthetics and regulatory standards (ASTM, IBC).

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical investigations including site reconnaissance and sampling.
• Mentor junior engineers and oversee project team work.
• Prepare reports, specs, drawings, and project documentation.
• Manage client relationships and project schedules.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with standards.
