You will mentor staff and manage projects across foundations, slopes, retaining walls, and infrastructure like dams, bridges, and municipal systems, while collaborating with multiple engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil/Geotechnical/Geological Engineering.
• PE license required; SE or GE license preferred depending on state.
• 10+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee geotechnical scopes, budgets, and schedules with risk management.
• Provide senior review of technical documents and ensure QA/QC.
• Lead business development and grow the regional geotechnical practice.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead staff, fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Direct field exploration, drilling operations, and soils lab testing.
