Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience with leadership.
• PE license required; SE/GE preferred depending on state.
• Ability to lead teams and manage budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Project & Risk Management: oversee scopes, budgets and schedules; mitigate soil/rock/groundwater risks.
• Technical Leadership: review deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with codes.
• Business Development: lead proposals and grow regional geotechnical practice.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring: recruit, train and mentor staff; cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Field & Lab Operations: direct field exploration, drilling, and soils testing.
