Qualifications

• PE license required; SE or GE license preferred depending on state.
• 10+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering and project management.
• Ability to lead teams and manage budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subsurface investigations, geotechnical designs, and QA/QC.
• Lead risk management, budgets, and schedules.
• Mentor staff and develop business plans and proposals.
• Grow regional geotechnical practice and interface with clients.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, and environmental teams.
