Langan is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Project Manager with a specialization in Power Generation and Transmission to lead design, permitting, and client development efforts for diverse projects. You will be part of a national team driving growth in the civil market and mentoring staff.

The role requires a PE license, 10+ years geotechnical experience in energy, and strong communication with clients and regulators. Based in Tampa, FL, travel to project sites and meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer licensure required.
• 10+ years of geotechnical experience within energy (power/transmission).
• 3+ years field experience with investigations and construction observation.
• Experience writing reports, specifications, and project proposals; client management.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex analyses, pile design, and underpinning systems.
• Prepare technical documents, proposals, reports, and construction drawings.
• Supervise field investigations, earthwork, and foundation activities.
• Manage multiple projects within budget and schedule constraints.
• Prepare budgets, progress reports, change orders, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with clients, regulators, and staff to deliver projects.
