The role requires a Civil Engineering degree (MS preferred), PE licensure, and 10+ years in geotechnical energy projects, with strong proposal, report writing, and management capabilities, including client-related

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or équivalent with Geotechnical emphasis.
• Professional Engineer licensure (PE).
• 10+ years of geotechnical experience in energy (power/transmission).
• 3+ years field experience in geotechnical investigations and construction observation.
• Experience writing reports, specifications, and managing projects and clients.
• Strong regulatory and codes knowledge; good communication & leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex analyses and design of piles and underpinning systems.
• Prepare technical documents, reports, and construction plans.
• Supervise field investigations and earthwork activities.
• Manage multiple projects within budgets and schedules.
• Develop budgets, progress reports, change orders, and billings.
• Collaborate with clients and regulatory agencies.
