Job summary

ECS Group of Companies in the United States seeks a senior geotechnical engineer to lead technical reviews and mentor staff across branches and regions.

You will oversee project execution, review technical reports, prepare proposals, and contribute to business development while maintaining client interactions and department P&L. A PE or PG license and 12+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or similar is required.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Designation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous firm is required.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) license is required in each state you work.
• If driving for ECS, a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and support Geotechnical staff within a branch and region.
• Host or attend project meetings with clients and ECS staff to provide technical solutions.
• Mentor Associate Principals.
• Participate in the review committee for Associate Principal designation (Geotechnical).
• Oversee offices and regional activities, perform technical report reviews, prepare and review proposals, and assist with department P&L.
