Qualifications

• 12+ years geotechnical or construction materials testing experience.
• Senior reviewer designation on current/previous firm.
• Knowledge of local market and relationships.
• Proficiency with geotechnical standards and codes.
• Excellent communication, risk management, and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire geotechnical teams and project managers.
• Oversee projects, review technical reports, and support proposals.
• Contribute to departmental management and P&L activities.
• Drive marketing, business development, and client relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure quality control and safety compliance.
