Job summary

ECS Limited is seeking an experienced Geotechnical Senior Project Manager to oversee client projects from our Memphis office. You will lead project execution, provide technical oversight, ensure quality control, and mentor junior staff.

Required: 5+ years in geotechnical engineering, PE/PG license (or ability to obtain within 3 months). Preferred MS in Civil/Geological Eng. The firm emphasizes safety, teamwork, and business development as part of client engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of geotechnical projects.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and plans.
• Perform geotechnical analysis and engineering calculations.
• Supervise field exploration programs and interpret data.
• Perform technical review of designs and specs.
• Coach and guide junior engineers and project managers.
• Assist with business development through client engagement.
