Job Description
As a Geotechnical Senior Staff Engineer with our Tennessee Transportation Team, you’ll be asked to assist in providing engineering and consulting services for a wide variety of rural and urban transportation projects and clients across Tennessee. This may include but not be limited to roadways, airfields, and logistics hub pavements at a minimum.
This will include performing and eventually leading geotechnical and transportation sector focused field investigations, engineering analysis and design, calculations, and recommendations, assisting in client development efforts, and preparing related reports for the services provided; tracking and evaluating project progress and budgets; researching and resolving design and construction issues and providing solutions; and applying sound engineering principles and communicating complex engineering issues and concepts to technical and non-technical clients and project teams.
