Job summary

Terracon Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Geotechnical Senior Engineer to join our team in Montana. The role can be based in Montana offices or remotely within the Intermountain region.

You will provide engineering and consulting services, lead field investigations and analyses, and contribute to reports, plans, and specifications for diverse projects in public works, transportation, commercial, energy, and industrial sectors. Strong leadership and client communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 8–11 years of experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Terracon Authorized Project Reviewer status required.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety efforts for the team and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Provide technical direction for routine and complex projects.
• Plan and coordinate engineering work with conventional and complex features.
• Review projects and prepare reports for clients with recommendations.
• Lead marketing, sales and business development.
