You will lead field investigations, analyses, and reports, review designs for compliance, and help develop proposals and budgets while guiding project teams to on-time, within-scope delivery.

Qualifications include a civil engineering degree, PE licensure, 8–11 years of experience, and DOT transportation exposure; a master's degree is preferred.
