The incumbent will direct geotechnical projects, supervise staff, and advance business development while delivering high-quality analysis and reporting for public and private sector clients. Qualifications include a California PE, GE or ability to obtain GE, 5+ years of senior-level geotechnical experience, an advanced geotechnical degree, and proficiency with gINT, LPile,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant geotechnical senior-level engineering experience.
• California PE is required; GE or ability to obtain GE is required.
• Advanced degree in geotechnical engineering and project management experience.
• Experience with public works and transportation projects.
• Seismic risk analysis and soil-structure interaction analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute geotechnical project assignments including engineering analysis and report preparation, field exploration and laboratory services.
• Provide senior-level review of proposals and reports, and ensure commitments to clients are met.
• Direct and develop proposals and presentations and assist in business development activities.
• Supervise geotechnical staff and technicians.
• Actively participate in professional and technical organizations.
