Job summary

S&Me, Inc. is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead and deliver geotechnical projects in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

You will oversee subsurface investigations, analysis, and design, while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams with a focus on quality and client satisfaction. You will engage with clients and partners, contribute to business development, and help strengthen long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Mining, or a related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical analyses and design for foundations, slope stability, and earth support.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare clear technical reports and assist in proposals.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
