Job summary

GeoEngineers is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer in Boston, MA to lead technically challenging projects and work closely with clients, project teams and staff engineers.

You will manage budgets, scopes, and proposals, serve as a technical resource, mentor staff, and drive business development while ensuring safety and quality on field exploration programs and complex modeling tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant geotechnical experience.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management tasks including budgets, scopes, client billings and proposals.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions for complex geotechnical challenges.
• Mentor junior staff in technical skills and consulting practices.
