Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, Mining, or related engineering field.
• 5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience, with possible project management responsibilities.
• Engineering in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license, or on track to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical projects from kickoff to completion.
• Oversee technical execution and ensure quality.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets.
• Develop practical recommendations from subsurface data.
• Mentor junior staff and support business growth.
