Qualifications

• Bachelors in Geotechnical, Civil, Mining or Geologic Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional engineering (PE) license.
• 7 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Travel frequency contingent on duties and workload.
• Experience may be substituted with equivalent related experience.

Responsibilities

• Create excavation, dewatering, foundations, dams/reservoirs/levees, and geotechnical projects.
• Prepare engineering designs from basic to high complexity to meet client needs.
• Review drafts for compliance with regs and sign off on designs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior staff.
• May supervise junior engineers on project work.
• Contribute to technical papers and client proposals as needed.
