Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's in Geotechnical Engineering strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience.
• PE license required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel locally and long distances for client service and office visits.

Responsibilities

• Leads project management tasks: budgets, scopes, client billings, field report reviews, and proposals.
• Acts as technical resource for clients and staff; guides complex challenges.
• Reviews deliverables including geotechnical reports and analyses.
• Mentors junior staff on technical skills and professionalism.
• Leads business development and client outreach aligned with company strategy.
• Coordinates field exploration programs and construction projects, ensuring safety and plan compliance.
