Qualifications

• PE license required.
• 10+ years geotechnical engineering experience.
• Experience delivering transportation, bridge, dam, levee, or major infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in geotechnical investigations, foundation design, and geotechnical analysis.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical engineering projects from proposal development through final delivery.
• Perform and oversee geotechnical design and analysis for bridges, dams, levees, buildings, and other civil infrastructure projects.
• Plan and manage subsurface exploration programs, drilling operations, and field investigations.
• Prepare and review geotechnical reports, technical specifications, engineering calculations, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams throughout project execution.
• Provide construction-phase engineering support and respond to field conditions as required.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Support business development activities, proposal preparation, and client relationship management
