I’m currently supporting a leading engineering consultancy in identifying a Senior Geotechnical Dam Engineer to join their growing Texas team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced geotechnical professional with a background in dam engineering, dam safety, levees, and hydraulic structures who is looking to take on a technical leadership role.

Location: Texas (Austin area)

Experience: 12+ years in geotechnical/dam engineering

Salary: $140,000 – $175,000 + benefits (dependent on experience)

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading geotechnical investigations and dam safety evaluations
• Supporting design, rehabilitation, and risk reduction projects
• Managing complex engineering projects from planning through construction
