Mi-Tech Services Inc. in Renton, WA, seeks a Senior Geostructural Engineer to apply geotechnical and structural principles to innovative earth retaining structures, deep foundations, and ground improvement for Michels’ operations.

You will develop calculation submittals, coordinate design and shop drawings, and support bids with preliminary evaluations. Travel is occasional; mentoring and coordination with field teams are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with geotechnical/structural emphasis.
• Master’s degree in geotechnical or structural engineering preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in the design of earth retaining structures, deep foundations, and/or ground improvement.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in any state.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Mathcad, AutoCAD.
• Geostructural design software experience (Shoring Suite, SNAIL, DeepEx, Ensoft, Rocscience, PLAXIS) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Develop calculation submittals and coordinate development of design and shop drawings.
• Support project pursuits and bids through preliminary evaluations and analyses.
• Mentor and support other engineers; coordinate with design and field teams.
• Travel is periodic and not part of routine responsibilities.
