Job summary

Mi-Tech Services Inc. invites a Senior Geostructural Engineer to apply geotechnical and structural principles for earth retaining structures, deep foundations, and ground improvement. You will develop calculation submittals, coordinate design and shop drawings, and support bids and project pursuits.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with design and field teams, and assist engineering leadership. Some travel is possible, but not routine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with geotechnical and/or structural emphasis.
• Master’s degree in geotechnical or structural engineering preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in design of earth retaining structures, deep foundations, and/or ground improvement.
• Active PE license in any state.

Responsibilities

• Develop calculation submittals and coordinate design and shop drawings for geostructural projects.
• Support project pursuits and bids through preliminary evaluations and analyses.
• Mentor and support other engineers; communicate and coordinate with design and field teams; assist engineering leadership with assigned duties.
