Mi-Tech Services Inc. in the Washington, DC area seeks a Senior Geostructural Engineer to apply geotechnical and structural principles for earth retaining structures, deep foundations, and ground improvement. You will develop calculation submittals, prepare design and shop drawings, and support project bids.

Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with design and field teams; some travel is expected but not routine. A PE license and strong software skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with geotechnical/structural emphasis.
• Master’s degree in geotechnical or structural engineering preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in earth retaining structures, deep foundations, or ground improvement.

Responsabilités

• Develop calculation submittals and shop drawings.
• Coordinate development of designs and drawings.
• Support project pursuits and bids with preliminary evaluations and analyses.
• Mentor and support other engineers.
• Coordinate with design and field teams; occasional travel.
• Ensure adherence to codes and standards.
