Job summary

Mi-Tech Services, Inc. in Washington state seeks a Senior Geostructural Engineer to apply geotechnical and structural principles to earth retaining structures, deep foundations, and ground improvement. You will develop calculation submittals, coordinate design and shop drawings, and support bids with preliminary analyses.

The role offers collaboration with Michels Family of Companies and opportunities to mentor engineers, with some travel required but not routine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required with geotechnical/structural emphasis.
• Master’s degree in geotechnical or structural engineering preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop calculation submittals for geostructural designs.
• Coordinate development of design and shop drawings with the project team.
• Support project pursuits and bids with preliminary evaluations and analyses.
• Mentor and support other engineers; coordinate with design and field teams; assist leadership as needed.
