Job summary

Mi-Tech Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer in geostructural disciplines to design temporary and permanent structures for utility and heavy civil projects.

You will develop calculation submittals, coordinate design and shop drawings, and support bids and project pursuits. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree with 4–8 years of experience, an active PE license, and proficiency with Excel, Mathcad, AutoCAD, and FEA.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Excel, Mathcad, AutoCAD and Finite Element Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of structural design for temporary works and heavy civil projects.
• Active PE license in any state and 4–8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Design a broad range of temporary and permanent structures for utility and heavy civil projects.
• Develop calculation submittals and shop drawings, and support bids and evaluations.
• Mentor and support other engineers and coordinate with design and field teams.
• Assist the Principal Engineer with assigned duties and project pursuits.
