Job summary

Mi-Tech Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer - Geostructural to design temporary and permanent structures for heavy civil projects. You’ll develop calculations, coordinate design and shop drawings, and help with pursuits and bids.

Mentoring engineers and collaborating with field teams are part of the role. The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with 4–8 years of experience, an active PE license, and expertise in Excel, Mathcad, AutoCAD, and FEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; 4–8 years in design of temporary works, heavy civil or infrastructure projects.
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a structures emphasis preferred.
• Active Professional Engineer license in any state.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Mathcad, AutoCAD, and Finite Element Analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

• Develop calculation submittals and shop drawings; support pursuits and bids.
