Job summary

Reinventing Geospatial, Inc. (RGi) is seeking a Systems Engineer to drive delivery by aligning customer needs, mission objectives, and product requirements.

You will write detailed tasks, manage epics and stories, and coordinate with product owners and development teams to ensure on-time delivery. The role requires an active TS clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, a strong background in Java, Python, ArcGIS, and AWS, and experience delivering secure geospatial software in defense and federal

Qualifications

• Requires BS degree and 8+ years of experience or Master’s with 6+ years; or 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI with Polygraph post hire.
• Experience with web services (SOAP/REST/OGC), NiFi, Tomcat, Python and ML.
• 3+ years with modern JavaScript development frameworks.
• Experience with ML models (CNN, NLP, CV, object detection, parsing).
• Understanding of AWS, Ground Truth, and Agile software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive product delivery by aligning customer needs, mission objectives and product requirements.
• Develop and maintain the team roadmap and support delivery commitments.
• Plan and prioritize epics, features, stories and bugs with business value.
• Write clear, technically detailed tasks reflecting customer priorities.
• Define, document, and track progress of epics, stories, tasks and bugs to completion.
• Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, leadership, customers and dev teams for alignment.
• Lead and support Agile ceremonies including daily scrums and PI planning.
