Job summary

Reinventing Geospatial, Inc. (RGi) is seeking a Systems Engineer to design and deploy enterprise GIS applications in a DevSecOps environment. You will perform software development using Python, C#, C++, HTML, and JavaScript, and maintain technical docs with GitLab.

You will implement geospatial data workflows, RMF access controls, and OGC services, leveraging ArcGIS and related tools. Active TS clearance with ability to obtain SCI access is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps workflows.
• Security-integrated GIS development lifecycle experience.
• AGILE software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and test enterprise GIS applications.
• Develop software using Python, C#, C++, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Maintain documentation (guides, versioning notes in GitLab).
• Manage geospatial data acquisition and conversion processes.
• Support RMF compliance and access controls.
• Configure and troubleshoot OGC services (WMS, WFS, WMTS, WCS, OGC API – Features).
• Integrate Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift within CI/CD.
• Contribute to AI/ML/DL system support and model validation.
• Perform QA/QC and code reviews; lifecycle compliance.
• Remediate vulnerabilities from static analysis and container scans.
