Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions is seeking a Senior-level Systems Engineer to guide engineering teams across requirements, solutions, scheduling, and testing for NSG/ASG and Federal Agencies. The role spans cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructures with a focus on data-driven decision making and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in government or industry with complex System of Systems environments.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies (SAFe) and MBSE practices.
• Knowledge of cloud, on-premise, or hybrid infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Guide engineers across requirements engineering and solutions engineering.
• Coordinate planning, traceability, and review of architectures and processes.
• Lead analysis and optimization of cloud service capabilities and scheduling.
• Develop designs based on requirements and new technology.
• Translate mission needs into system requirements and solutions.
• Support allocation of requirements to architecture components and programs.
• Perform systems integration activities and AoAs/CoAs/Trade Studies.
• Assist strategic technical planning and risk management.
