Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related STEM field; or 4 years with non-degree or 2 years with non-STEM degree.
• “12+ years of experience in DoD/IC Acquisition Process, Requirements Process or PPBES in large Systems-of-Systems environments.”
• “Experience with systems engineering lifecycle.”
• “Active TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph.”
• “Knowledge of NSG/ASG/NRO enterprises.”
• “INCOSE CSEP certification and PE licensure.”
• “Membership or leadership in professional organizations (ACSM, ASCE, ASPRS, OGC, SAREM, USGIF).”
• “Expertise in photogrammetry, remote sensing, image science, GIS, geomatics.”

Responsibilities

• Guides engineering teams in requirements engineering, scheduling, and integration across NSG/ASG and federal agencies.
• Directs analysis/traceability of user requirements and architectures; reviews cloud service capabilities and scheduling.
• Leads development of solutions design based on requirements and new technologies.
• Translates mission needs into system/capability requirements and feasible solutions.
• Supports strategic technical planning, project management, and risk management.
• Operates at the level of integrating multiple systems, services, and interfaces across boundaries.
