Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions LLC is seeking an expert-level Systems Engineer to lead engineering teams and guide requirements, solutions, and integration across NSG/ASG and Federal Agencies. The role emphasizes multi-discipline coordination, cloud considerations, and complex system-of-systems environments.

The candidate should have extensive DoD/IC experience, strong systems engineering background, and be capable of advising on design changes while aligning with mission needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related STEM field.
• 18+ years of experience in government or industry in DoD/IC Acquisition, Requirements, PPBES, or large complex System of Systems environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, resiliency, services development, integration, test and evaluation, maintainability and analysis across NSG/ASG and Federal Agencies.
• Plan and analyze user requirements, architectures traceability, procedures, and automations to improve systems and review cloud service capabilities and scheduling limitations.
• Advise on changes to solutions designs based on requirements and new technology.
• Translate mission needs into system and capability requirements and solutions.
