Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions is seeking a senior-level Systems Engineer to guide multidisciplinary teams across NSG/ASG and federal agencies. The role focuses on requirements engineering, solution design, and systems integration within hybrid cloud environments.

The ideal candidate has DoD/IC acquisition experience, MBSE skills, and a strong background in agile methodologies. Candidate will lead architectural analyses and trade studies to support mission success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related STEM field.
• Senior-level experience in government or industry with large complex System of Systems environments.
• Experience with systems engineering lifecycle.
• Data-driven decision support experience and real-time metrics.
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Guides engineering teams in requirements, solutions, scheduling, and analysis across NSG/ASG/Federal Agencies.
• Plans and analyzes traceability of user requirements and architectures; reviews cloud services and scheduling.
• Develops solution designs based on requirements and new technology.
• Translates mission needs into system requirements and solutions.
• Supports allocation of requirements to architecture components and program execution.
• Performs systems integration activities and AoAs/CoAs/Trade Studies.
