Job summary

cFocus Software Incorporated seeks a Senior Geospatial Data Scientist (TS/SCI) to support DHS CISA’s mission by modeling and monitoring critical communications infrastructure. You will design geospatial workflows on the ESRI platform and automate analytics with ArcGIS and Python.

Responsibilities include developing scalable geospatial products from large datasets, publishing outputs as web maps, and presenting analysis briefs to government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years or Master's with 4 years or 10 years equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency with ESRI ArcGIS product suite (ArcGIS Pro/Enterprise/Online).
• Experience automating geospatial analysis with Python, ArcPy, and ArcGIS API for Python.
• Experience developing geospatial products from large datasets (spatial stats, suitability modeling, routing).
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity and IT security principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operationalize geospatial workflows using ArcGIS Pro/Enterprise/Online.
• Automate analytics with Python libraries including ArcPy and ArcGIS API for Python.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, clustering, hot-spot detection, and predictive modeling.
• Publish outputs as web maps/scenes and manage sharing/roles across portals.
• Develop analyses for government stakeholders and briefs for NS/EP events.
