Job summary

Basecamp Consulting and Solutions is seeking a Senior Application Developer to lead sustainment and modernization of a DLA geospatial map catalog suite. You will work with a Business Analyst and Systems Architect to implement enterprise-scale solutions using Java, .NET, ESRI ArcGIS Pro, and various APIs.

The role is remote/off-site, full-time, with no travel; requires active Secret Clearance and strong experience with ESRI tools, BPMN, and DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
Active Secret Clearance
Five (5) years of total work experience developing
Experience with APIs to support Low-Code/No-Code platforms
Experience with BPMN modeling tools
Experience with ESRI SDK in Java and .NET
Experience with ESRI ArcGIS Pro and Online/Portal
Experience with Jira, DevSecOps, and agile/hybrid low-code development

Responsibilities

Sustain current app baseline and resolve defects.
Package quarterly releases and perform security scans.
Develop next-generation map catalog and automate geospatial data processing.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and Systems Architect.
