Responsibilities

• Lead and execute field-based exploration programs as a Senior Geoscientist, providing expert geoscience input across program design, mapping, sampling, geophysics, and drilling workflows safely, on time, and within budget.
• Translate exploration concepts into actionable field execution plans while integrating geochemical, geophysical, and assay data to advance priority targets toward drill testing.
• Supervise and mentor a small team of geoscientists, managing contractors and service providers to ensure adherence to safety standards, budget allocations, schedules, and project deliverables.
