Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.

• 15+ years of engineering experience, with at least 10 years in consulting and project management preferred.

• Evaluate potential project opportunities and respond to client proposal requests.
• Prepare and review contracts.
