WSP USA is seeking a Senior Geomatics Specialist to join our Midwest Region Geomatics Team in Minneapolis/Burnsville, MN, with potential locations in other Midwest cities. The role focuses on delivering high-precision surveys and reality capture solutions for infrastructure projects, leading field crews, and ensuring QA/QC across ALTA/NSPS and other survey deliverables.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 9+ years field surveying experience.
• Proven leadership of survey crews and field operations.
• Experience with dimensional control surveys and construction layout.
• Proficiency with GNSS, LiDAR, and survey data processing.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor survey crews in field operations, safety, and efficiency.
• Oversee field-to-finish workflows with engineers and project managers.
• Plan, execute, and QA/QC survey deliverables including ALTA/NSPS where applicable.
• Manage control networks, scan planning, registrations, and data integration.
