WSP is seeking a Senior Geomatics Specialist to lead field crews and deliver high-precision surveys and reality capture for complex infrastructure projects across a multi-site Midwest footprint.

You will manage field operations, ensure QA/QC, and coordinate with engineers, project managers and clients to maintain schedules and quality, while applying advanced survey techniques and data processing workflows.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 9+ years of field surveying with leadership.
• Expertise in dimensional control surveying and construction layout.
• Experience with SLAM mobile scanning and terrestrial LiDAR systems.
• Strong understanding of survey control, coordinate systems, and geodetic principles.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor survey crews in field operations with emphasis on safety, quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with surveyors, engineers and project managers to ensure accurate field-to-finish workflows.
• Provide training on GNSS, dimensional control methods, SLAM scanning and terrestrial LiDAR technologies.
• Foster continuous improvement and adoption of emerging reality capture technologies.
• Coordinate field tasks and communicate progress with clients and stakeholders.
