Qualifications

About the Role

Our client, an established exploration company, is seeking a Senior Geologist for an on-site role in Upington, Northern Cape . This position is integral to evaluating mineral and hydrocarbon potential, guiding exploration strategies, and managing geological data. You will be responsible for interpreting geological data, conducting field surveys, and developing geological models to support resource exploration and development. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in geological mapping, subsurface interpretation, and a strong understanding of regional geology. This hands-on role requires a meticulous approach, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team on-site. We are looking for a geoscientist who can contribute valuable insights and drive exploration success in the Upington region. Key Responsibilities
