Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analysis professional to lead high-impact initiatives and drive enterprise-wide process modernization. You will advise senior leadership, mentor teams, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives to enhance GEOINT capabilities and mission execution.

The role requires deep SME expertise, program management, and strong stakeholder collaboration across IT and business functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in program management, GEOINT/IC operations, or cross-functional business analysis; 15+ years if no degree.
• Strong leadership competencies with experience leading diverse teams.
• Oral and written communication to senior leadership and external partners.
• Proven track record managing large cross-functional projects with risk management.
• Ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience with Tableau and SharePoint; ITIL, Six Sigma, CMMI, ISO certifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior program and project management support with strategic plans and SOPs.
• Lead process improvement and re-engineering using Six Sigma and ITIL.
• Deliver executive briefings and strategic project plans for leadership decisions.
• Mentor team members on mission assurance and continuity planning.
• Support data visualization and reporting for leadership needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint and web-based tools.
• Coordinate UI development and address IT functionality issues.
• Analyze metrics to provide insights on performance and initiatives.
• Assist in creating organizational strategies and performance metrics.
• Evaluate activities to propose system and process improvements for GEOINT capabilities.
• Lead meetings, facilitate data work groups, and represent the organization with IC/DoD partners.
