Job summary

Geo Owl is seeking a Senior GEOINT Collections Manager/Source Throughput Analyst in Virginia to optimize GEOINT source utilization and collection throughput. You will coordinate across the IC, manage large multi-source data, and drive mission synchronization with emerging capabilities.

The role requires deep experience in the TCPED lifecycle, collaboration with data scientists, and the ability to lead capability integration across agencies. A TS/SCI with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting GEOINT TCPED, including real-time/AB collection.
• 5+ years of experience managing large multi-source datasets and data sensemaking.
• Experience with NSG focus areas and GEOINT collection management structures.

Responsibilities

• Support GEOINT TCPED across tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination.
• Manage and analyze large multi-source datasets to support mission sensemaking and strategy development.
• Assess metrics for model output confidence, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists to improve collection strategies and outcomes.
• Coordinate across agencies to ensure integration of capabilities into operations.
• Develop automated collection strategies and inference methodologies using temporal/spatial data.
