Job summary

Geo Owl is seeking a GEOINT Source Strategies Analyst to support a government customer by developing and executing source strategies across traditional and emerging collection capabilities. The role requires strong TCPED experience, multi-source data handling, and collaboration with customers, providers, and data scientists to craft innovative collection plans.

The Senior/Expert level position emphasizes managing large datasets, evaluating model outputs, and coordinating across geographically

Qualifications

• Knowledge of traditional and emerging GEOINT sensors and collection capabilities.
• Experience with automated collection strategies and temporal/spatial analyses.
• Ability to manage priorities across geographically separated locations.
• Familiarity with NSG/IC tools for GEOINT collection, production, visualization.
• Experience collaborating with customers and source providers on multi-source strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support TCPED of GEOINT data including real-time collection.
• Analyze large multi-source datasets to support mission sensemaking.
• Assess model output confidence and performance metrics.
• Develop automated collection strategies and inferencing methods.
• Collaborate with data scientists and partners to improve collection strategies.
• Coordinate activities across locations and teams.
• Apply NSG focus areas and GEOINT collection management structures.
• Utilize GIMS and GEOINT community knowledge in tasks.
