Job summary

Xcellent Technology Solutions, Inc is seeking a Senior GEOINT Source Strategies Analyst to influence how GEOINT collection supports critical intelligence missions. You will build and refine multi-source collection strategies across the TCPED lifecycle, including real-time collection, while coordinating with NGA and IC partners.

This role requires a TS/SCI clearance and advanced GEOINT experience to develop information needs, assess phenomenology effects on collection, and drive program

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required.
• Master’s degree with 5+ years or Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of GEOINT TCPED experience.
• Experience with multi-source intelligence and GEOINT collection strategies.
• Knowledge of traditional and emerging overhead collection capabilities.
• Experience with Information Need development and phenomenology-influenced GEOINT tasking.
• Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) and NGA collection management.

Responsibilities

• Support GEOINT TCPED lifecycle including real-time and activity-based collection.
• Develop and refine multi-source GEOINT collection strategies.
• Evaluate collection effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Research intelligence requirements to support information need development.
• Collaborate across the Intelligence Community to align collection with mission objectives.
