Job Summary

GEOINT Source Throughput Analyst - Senior (10+ yrs experience) - Springfield, VA

Clearance Level: TS/SCI

Must be able to obtain CI Poly after hire.

Schedule: Shift 1

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) of GEOINT data including support to real‑time and activity‑based collection.
• 5+ years of experience managing large multi‑source data, sense‑making, assessing metrics associated with model output confidence/reliability, developing automated collection strategies, and working with data scientists.
• Knowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors and capabilities with exposure to automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies that derive insights from temporal and spatial data sets.
• Experience with multi‑tasking for day‑to‑day operations within a program management and professional environment in several geographically separated client locations.
• Experience with NSG focus areas and collection management structures, including NSG/IC collaborative tools for GEOINT collection, production, and visualization.
• Ability to develop and sustain mission relationships across NGA, the IC, and DoD as well as build relationships with key NRO stakeholders to support future architecture.
• Ability to help synchronize mission requirements to prevent redundancies, identify conflicts, and review priorities for tasking of traditional and non‑traditional GEOINT sources.
• Ability to ensure new or modified capabilities from National assets are transitioned into operations properly and lead teams executing integration activities.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with turning intelligence capabilities and workflows into learning objectives for training audiences.
• Experience providing feedback to assist with the development of training materials.
• GPC‑F Certification.
• Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), reflecting knowledge of the GEOINT community, its focus areas, and its collection management structures.
• Experience with research, evaluation, and documentation of unique and non‑traditional NTM sensor capabilities.
• Operational experience with vector data.
