Job summary

Clear Resolution Consulting is seeking a Senior GEOINT Source Throughput Analyst in Springfield, VA (NGA-W). The role requires TS/SCI with a polygraph and will focus on leading multi-source GEOINT collection and analysis efforts in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will manage complex data pipelines, collaborate with NGA IC DoD stakeholders, and support mission-critical operations across distributed locations. Immediate opening with competitive benefits and salary range.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs experience with TCPED of GEOINT data including support to real-time and activity-based collection
• 5+ years of experience managing large multi-source data, sensemaking, assessing metrics associated with model output confidence/reliability, developing automated collection strategies, and working with data scientists
• Knowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors and capabilities with exposure to automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies which derive insights from temporal and spatial data sets
• Experience with multi-tasking for day-to-day operations within a program management and professional environment in several geographically separated client locations
• Experience with NSG focus areas and collection management structures, including NSG/IC collaborative tools for GEOINT collection, production, and visualization
• Ability to develop and sustain mission relationships across NGA, the IC, and DoW as well as build relationships with key NRO stakeholders to support future architecture
• Ability to help synchronize mission requirements to prevent redundancies, identify conflicts, and review priorities for tasking of traditional and non-traditional GEOINT sources
• Ability to ensure new or modified capabilities from National assets are transitioned into operations properly and to lead teams executing integration activities
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
